Essential Ingredients
- 🥬 1 cup kimchi
- 100g glass noodles
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Soak the glass noodles in warm water until softened. Slice the kimchi and onion.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced onion until it becomes translucent.
Add the sliced kimchi to the pan and stir-fry together with the onion.
Add the soaked glass noodles to the pan and stir-fry until the noodles turn transparent.
Season with soy sauce, chili powder, oligosaccharide, and black pepper. Mix well.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil thoroughly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
