- 🥚 2 eggs
- 50g snow peas
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 200ml water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

Remove the stems and strings from the snow peas and cut them diagonally in half. Slice the onion thinly.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.

In a pot, bring the dashi powder and water to a boil. Add the sliced onion and seasonings (mirin, soy sauce, salt). Cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Scatter the snow peas into the pot, pour the beaten eggs over, and cover. Cook for 1 minute.
