- 20g kiriboshi daikon
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili

Rinse kiriboshi daikon with water, soak to rehydrate, and drain excess water.

Cut arugula and kiriboshi daikon into bite-sized pieces, julienne the carrot, and slice bacon into 1cm strips.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add kiriboshi daikon, carrot, and bacon, and stir-fry until softened.
