Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 20g dried daikon strips
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🧴 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 1 tbsp white ground sesame
步骤
Soak the dried daikon strips in water for 15 minutes until softened. Drain and squeeze out excess water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the carrot diagonally and cut into matchsticks. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain and let cool.
In a bowl, mix the ponzu soy sauce, mayonnaise, and ground sesame. Add the daikon, carrot, and tuna, then toss to combine.
