- 40g kiriboshi daikon
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Protein
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Sesame Dressing
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp white sesame paste
- 1/2 tsp chili oil

Rinse kiriboshi daikon in a bowl of water, rubbing to remove dirt and sliminess. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
