- 2 packs frozen udon (about 400g)
- 1/2 bunch komatsuna (about 100g)
- 1 pack eringi mushrooms (about 100g)
- 1 small mentaiko (about 60g)
Seasoning
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 💧 1/3 cup water
步骤
Place the frozen udon, chopped komatsuna, and sliced eringi mushrooms in a frying pan.
Add the mentaiko by slicing it open and spreading the roe over the ingredients.
In a small bowl, mix the butter, sugar, and water to create the broth.
Pour the broth mixture into the frying pan and cover with a lid.
Cook over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the udon is heated through and the vegetables are tender.
