- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch komatsuna
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- Chili slices to taste

Cut the roots off the komatsuna and slice into 3cm pieces. Slice the yellow bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the komatsuna and yellow bell pepper and stir-fry.

Once the komatsuna becomes tender, add the boiled octopus and the seasoning ingredients (salt, soy sauce, garlic, chili slices). Stir-fry until well combined.
