Main Ingredients
- 200g thinly sliced konjac
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar

Thinly slice the carrot. Boil water in a pot, add konjac, and boil for about 3 minutes. Drain the water.

Heat salad oil in a pot, add the carrot, and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.

Add konjac and the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mirin, sugar) to the pot. Stir-fry and simmer.

When the liquid is reduced by half, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until softened. Serve on a plate and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
