- 🍗 150g chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🧅 85g green onion
- 150g konjac
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
步骤
Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon. Slice the green onion diagonally into 7mm pieces.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, remove the tendons, and slice thinly. Place in a plastic bag and coat evenly with potato starch.
Mix the mayonnaise, doubanjiang, sugar, and grated garlic in a bowl to prepare the spicy mayo sauce.
Heat a frying pan and stir-fry the konjac over medium heat until its moisture evaporates and it develops a light golden color. Remove from the pan.
Add salad oil to the same pan and heat. Cook the chicken over medium heat until browned, then flip and cover with a lid to cook for about 3 minutes.
Add the green onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the spicy mayo sauce and mix well. Return the konjac to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
