- 1 piece konjac
- 15g ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Chili threads, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp miso
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 💧 3 tbsp water
