- 1 tbsp sesame oil

步骤
Slice the konjac into 2–3mm thick strips along the longer side. Massage with 1 tbsp salt (not listed in ingredients), rinse with water, and drain.
Skewer 3–4 slices of konjac onto bamboo skewers in a zigzag pattern.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the skewers in the pan and cook for 1–2 minutes, turning to coat evenly with the oil.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, chili) and cook until the liquid is almost fully absorbed, coating the skewers evenly.
