- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 5 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Dry roast the small anchovies in a pan without oil until fragrant.

Transfer the roasted anchovies to another container.

In the same pan, mix grapeseed oil, gochujang, cooking wine, oligosaccharide syrup, and sugar to create the sauce.

Add the roasted anchovies back into the pan and stir-fry on low heat until evenly coated.
