Essential Ingredients
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/4 zucchini
- 1/2 block tofu
- 10cm scallion
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
Broth Ingredients
- 500ml water
- 1 sheet kombu (10x10cm)
Stew Seasoning
- 2 tbsp ssamjang
- 1 tbsp doenjang
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Prepare the stew seasoning by mixing ssamjang, doenjang, gochujang, and minced garlic.

In a pot, add 500ml water and 1 sheet of kombu. Simmer for 10 minutes to create the broth.

Remove the kombu, add sliced onion, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce to medium heat, add the stew seasoning, and stir well. Add zucchini and simmer.

Add tofu, scallion, green chili, and red chili. Simmer briefly and serve hot.
