- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
- 4 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the lettuce in half horizontally and slice thinly. Julienne the carrot. Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and slice thinly.
