- 🥬 10 leaves of lettuce
- 1 piece of pollack roe
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.3 tbsp sugar
- 0.3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 0.3 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
步骤
Wash the lettuce thoroughly and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the pollack roe into portions and finely chop the green onion.
Mix the pollack roe with 0.5 tbsp of sesame oil and a small amount of green onion.
Fry an egg on low heat until the desired doneness.
Season the lettuce with 0.5 tbsp soy sauce, 0.3 tbsp sugar, 0.3 tbsp red pepper powder, 0.3 tbsp anchovy sauce, 0.5 tbsp sesame oil, and a small amount of sesame seeds. Mix well.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl, top with seasoned lettuce, pollack roe, and fried egg.
