Wrapper
- 15–20 dumpling wrappers
Vegetable
- 150g lotus root
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 100cc water
Filling
- 200g ground pork
- 100g firm tofu
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步骤
Finely chop half of the lotus root into 5mm pieces and grate the other half.
In a bowl, mix the filling ingredients and grated lotus root until sticky, then add the chopped lotus root and mix well.
Place the filling onto a dumpling wrapper and pinch three points to form a triangle shape.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, arrange the dumplings, and cook on high heat until browned. Add water, cover, and steam for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Uncover the pan, increase the heat, and evaporate any remaining water.
