- 5cm lotus root, sliced thinly
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Canned Goods
- 1 can (70g) tuna, drained
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- Pinch of black pepper
步骤
Slice the lotus root thinly after cutting it in half lengthwise. Soak in water, then drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain the canned tuna.
Mix the lotus root with the drained tuna and the condiments (mayonnaise, soy sauce, and black pepper). Serve on a plate, garnish with chopped green onion, and optionally sprinkle with chili powder.
