Fish
- 160g mackerel fillet, cut into pieces
Vegetables
- 🍄 6 whole mushrooms, halved
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 chili, halved and deseeded
Bread
- 🥖 10cm baguette, sliced
Oil
- 150cc olive oil
步骤
Slice the baguette diagonally into 6–7mm pieces. Halve the mushrooms, thinly slice the garlic, and halve and deseed the chili.
Toast the baguette slices in a toaster for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
Cut the mackerel into 3cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot until fragrant, then add mackerel, mushrooms, and chili. Simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes.
Serve the cooked mackerel and mushrooms in a dish alongside the toasted baguette.
