Main
- 100g somen noodles
- 100g diced tuna
- 5cm peeled nagaimo
- 6 okra pods
- 1 thinly sliced myoga
- yuzu pepper to taste
Sauce
- 4 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 150ml water

Slice myoga thinly and cut nagaimo into 1cm cubes. Dice tuna into 1cm cubes.

Rub okra with salt, rinse, and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Cool under running water, remove stems, and slice into 1cm pieces.

Mix mentsuyu and water in a bowl, then chill in the refrigerator.

Cook somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and drain. Plate noodles, top with prepared ingredients, and pour chilled sauce. Serve with yuzu pepper.
