Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Fish
- 🐟 50g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🐟 50g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/3 cucumber (40g), diced
Condiments
- 🌱 1/2 tsp wasabi
- To taste toasted white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water

In a small pot, combine mirin, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, then let cool.

Cut tuna and salmon into 1.5cm cubes.

In a bowl, mix the cooled sauce, wasabi, and sesame seeds. Add tuna and salmon, mix well, cover with cling wrap, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Dice cucumber into 1cm cubes and mix into the marinated fish.

Serve the marinated fish mixture over a bowl of cooked rice.
