Vegetables
- 🧅 1 medium purple onion (200g)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Slice the purple onion thinly, soak in water for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water. Slice the cucumber diagonally after removing the ends.
