- 200g ground pork
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sake
Soup Base
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 💧 300ml water
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack bok choy, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 shiitake mushroom, sliced
- 100g kimchi

- 2 tbsp potato starch
