- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
- 1 piece mentaiko
- 20g shirasu
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 🧅 1/3 bunch green onion, chopped
- nori, as needed
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
Sushi Rice Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Slice the cucumber and rub with salt. Let sit for 5 minutes, then pat dry with paper towels. Chop the green onion.
