Main
- 1 stick mentaiko (60g)
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧀 2 slices cheese
- 4 shiso leaves
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Japanese granulated dashi
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步骤
Crack eggs into a bowl and mix. Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, dashi, and water) and mix well.
Place mentaiko on top of shiso leaves and wrap them together.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan with salad oil spread thinly. Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan and cook over low heat.
When the egg is semi-cooked, place the cheese slices and wrapped mentaiko on top, then roll the egg towards you.
Repeat the process by adding oil and pouring the remaining egg mixture in two batches, rolling each time.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
