- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Thinly slice the onion into 1cm pieces. Place the pork in a microwave-safe container and add the seasonings. Massage the mixture into the pork.

Spread the sliced onion on top of the pork. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

Remove the container, stir the mixture, and cover loosely again. Microwave at 600W for another 4–5 minutes until the pork is fully cooked. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion if desired.
