- 40g glass noodles
- 80g ground pork
- 3 bell peppers
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 200ml water
Finishing Touch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步骤
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice them thinly.
Place the glass noodles in a large microwave-safe container, cutting them in half with kitchen scissors. Add the seasonings (marked ☆) and soak. Add ground pork, mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes. Leave covered until it cools slightly.
Add the bell peppers to the container, mix, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2–3 minutes. Add sesame oil and mix well.
