Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel (160g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 8cm green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- Pinch of sliced chili
- 💧 100cc water
步骤
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Make several cuts on the mackerel fillets. Sprinkle with salt and sake, let sit for 5 minutes, then pat dry with kitchen paper and rub with grated ginger.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, miso, chili, and water) in a bowl.
Place the green onion and mackerel in a microwave-safe container. Pour the sauce over the top, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Pour the simmering sauce over the mackerel again and microwave at 600W for another 2 minutes.
