步骤
Mince the garlic after removing its core. Crack the egg into a bowl and mix. Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, and grated cheese in a tray to prepare the coating.
Pat the amberjack fillets dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour. Dip into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil and minced garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the coated fillets and cook on medium heat until golden brown. Flip and cook on low heat for 5–6 minutes until fully cooked.
