Add 500ml water and 300ml milk to a pot and bring to a boil.

Before boiling, add 200g pasta to the pot.

Add 40g butter and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add 1 pinch of salt and 1 tbsp fish sauce, then simmer until the liquid reduces.

Turn off the heat, grate 1 clove of garlic into the pot, then briefly reheat.

Plate the pasta and garnish with a dash of pepper and parsley powder.
