Main Ingredients
- 🍎 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1 handful of minari
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- A small amount of perilla oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
步骤
Cut the minari and green onion into long, even pieces.
Thinly slice the apples into matchstick shapes.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, fish sauce, and sugar in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.
Add the remaining seasoning ingredients to complete the dressing.
In a large bowl, toss the apple slices with half of the dressing.
Add the minari, green onion, and the remaining dressing, then gently mix.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
