- 2 pieces hanpen (300g)
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🦐 8 boiled shrimp (40g)
- 8 slices prosciutto
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步骤
Remove the pit from the avocado, place it in a bowl, and mash it with a fork until smooth.
Cut the boiled shrimp into bite-sized pieces. Slice each hanpen into 8 pieces and create pockets by making small cuts.
Mix the mashed avocado with the shrimp and the seasonings (mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper).
Stuff each hanpen pocket with a slice of prosciutto and the avocado-shrimp mixture.
