步骤
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Mix cream cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
Line cupcake tins with parchment paper and place a cookie at the bottom of each cup.
Fill each cup with the cream cheese mixture, about 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Let the cheesecakes cool completely before adding toppings.
Add your choice of toppings such as blueberries, raspberry jam, cherries, nuts, or powdered sugar.
