- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice

- 1 can scallop flakes (65g)

- 🍅 10 mini tomatoes

- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt

- Shredded shiso leaves, as needed

Add soaked rice, seasonings (soy sauce, sake, consomme, salt), and scallop can juice into the rice cooker pot. Add water up to the 2-cup mark, mix well, and flatten the rice.

Place butter, scallop flakes, and mini tomatoes on top of the rice. Start the regular cooking cycle.

Once cooked, gently mix the rice. Serve in bowls and garnish with shredded shiso leaves.
