Marinade
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Mix all marinade ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, grated ginger) in a storage bag. Add the spare ribs and massage the marinade into the meat. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the spare ribs on it. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
