- 1 piece of fried tofu
- 2 tsp dried wakame
- 2 pieces mochi (100g)
Broth
- 💧 450 ml water
- 2/3 tsp dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso

Cut the fried tofu in half lengthwise, then into 1 cm wide strips. In a pot, bring water and dashi powder to a boil. Add mochi and fried tofu, and simmer over medium heat until the mochi softens.

Add the dried wakame and cook until it rehydrates. Dissolve the miso into the soup and heat gently without boiling.
