Tofu
- 🧈 80g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🌱 8 green beans
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water

Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 4cm pieces.

Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes.

Heat water and dashi powder in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add green beans and tofu, then simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until the green beans are cooked.

Add wakame and stir. Turn off the heat and dissolve miso into the soup. Heat gently over medium heat until just before boiling, then remove from heat.
