- 1/2 sheet fried tofu

- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 💧 2 tbsp water

Wrap the fried tofu in a paper towel to remove excess oil, cut it in half, and slice into 1cm strips. Trim the roots of the mitsuba and cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a microwave-safe container, mix the seasoning ingredients (☆). Add the fried tofu and mitsuba, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Stir lightly and serve in a dish.
