- 2 bunches mitsuba
Seasoning
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds

Slice the boiled octopus into diagonal 5mm pieces. Cut the mitsuba into 3cm lengths after removing the roots.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients (☆) in a bowl.

Add the octopus and mitsuba to the bowl and toss well.
