- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
Seaweed
- 1/4 sheet roasted seaweed
Seasoning
- 🌰 To taste white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Trim the roots of mitsuba and cut into 4 cm pieces. Julienne the carrot.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, sesame oil). Add mitsuba, carrot, and tear roasted seaweed into pieces while mixing.

Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
