- 8 large dumpling wrappers

- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g)
- 🌽 30g frozen corn
Meat
- 🥓 8 slices of bacon
Condiment
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 💧 3 tbsp water
步骤
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 5 minutes at 600W.
Mash the warm potato and mix with thawed corn and mayonnaise.
Place the potato mixture onto dumpling wrappers, moisten the edges with water, fold to seal, and wrap with bacon secured with a toothpick.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the wraps until both sides are golden brown.
Add water to the pan, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3–4 minutes. Remove the lid and cook until the water evaporates. Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
