- 150g pancake mix
- 🍵 1 tbsp matcha powder
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Wet Ingredients
- 🍶 150g silken tofu
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍬 80g sugar
步骤
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Sift the pancake mix and matcha powder together. Line a baking mold with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the tofu until smooth. Add sugar and beaten egg, mixing well after each addition. Strain the mixture into another bowl to ensure smoothness.
Add the sifted pancake mix and matcha powder to the wet mixture. Gently fold until no dry spots remain.
Pour the batter into the prepared mold. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Let it cool slightly before removing from the mold.
Plate the cake and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
