- 1 pack (70g) plain mozuku seaweed
Broth
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400 ml water
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 Pinch of salt

Trim the root ends of the pea sprouts and cut them into thirds.
