Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Vegetables
- 3 myoga stalks, thinly sliced
Protein
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g), sliced
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder

Slice the myoga stalks thinly after cutting them in half lengthwise.

Cut the fried tofu into 4 equal parts along the short edge, then slice into 1cm strips along the long edge.

Add soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker, mixing well. Flatten the rice, then layer the tofu and myoga evenly on top.

Cook using the regular rice cooker setting. Once done, gently mix the rice to combine.
