- 1/2 bunch shungiku
- 10 cm nagaimo
Meat
- 100 g sliced pork

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp soy sauce

Separate shungiku leaves by hand.

Cut the leaves into thirds and slice the stems thinly at an angle.
