- 2 packs natto with sauce
- 🧅 10g chopped green onion
- 🌿 2 sheets roasted seaweed
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🌾 50g all-purpose flour

Cut the roasted seaweed into 4 equal pieces.

In a bowl, mix all batter ingredients except flour. Add flour and mix well. Then add natto and green onion, mixing thoroughly to create the batter.

Place 1/8 of the batter onto each seaweed piece, making 8 portions in total.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 160°C (320°F). Fry each piece until golden brown.

Serve on a plate with the natto sauce on the side.
