- 30g dried shirasu

Chop the green onion into small pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add dried shirasu and stir-fry to remove moisture. Add cooked rice and natto, stir-frying until rice becomes crumbly.

Push the rice to one side of the pan, add beaten eggs to the empty space and stir until semi-cooked. Add green onion and soy sauce, then stir quickly to combine.
