- 🥩 300g beef sirloin steak
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 bunch green onion, thinly sliced
- 25g kaiware sprouts
- 🥗 100g grated daikon radish
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
步骤
Take the beef out of the refrigerator to bring it to room temperature. Season all sides with salt and pepper.
Thinly slice the green onion. Trim the roots of the kaiware sprouts and cut them into thirds. Grate the daikon radish and lightly squeeze out excess water. Thinly slice the garlic and remove the core with a toothpick.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until the garlic becomes crispy. Remove the garlic and set aside. Increase to medium heat, add the beef, and cook for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Wrap the beef in aluminum foil and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Slice the steak into bite-sized pieces and plate it. Top with green onion, kaiware sprouts, grated daikon, and crispy garlic. Drizzle with ponzu sauce before serving.
