Main Ingredients
- 🐟 35g canned tuna in oil
- 100g nira (Chinese chives)
Seasonings
- 3g salted kombu
- 1 tsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut the nira into 4cm lengths and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Let it cool and drain excess water.

Add the seasonings (salted kombu, ponzu soy sauce, sesame oil) and canned tuna to the nira, then mix well.
