- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)

- 20g dried baby sardines

- 50g chopped garlic chives

- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)

Cut the garlic chives into 1cm pieces after removing the roots.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the dried baby sardines until crispy.

Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until it becomes fluffy. Then add garlic chives and stir-fry until softened.

Pour concentrated soy sauce around the edge of the pan, add grated ginger and sesame seeds, and stir everything together.
