- 1 bunch (100g) of nira
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds

Cut off the root of the nira and slice into 4cm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain, and squeeze out excess moisture.

In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, miso, mayonnaise, and sesame seeds). Add the nira and toss to coat evenly.
